About Us – Sukoon Talks

Sometimes the heaviest emotions are the ones we never say out loud.

People learn to smile, stay strong, and keep moving forward — even when their mind feels overwhelmed and their heart quietly carries more than it should. In a world where everyone appears busy, successful, and “fine,” many individuals are silently struggling with thoughts they do not know how to share. Sukoon Talks was created for those very moments — when someone simply needs a space to pause, breathe, and feel understood.

Sukoon Talks is a mindful platform dedicated to emotional wellbeing, honest conversations, and the gentle process of inner healing. It believes that emotional struggles are not a sign of weakness but a natural part of the human experience. By

encouraging open dialogue around mental health and everyday emotional challenges, the platform helps individuals understand their feelings, reflect on their experiences, and slowly move toward a more balanced state of mind.

The initiative was founded by Dr. Pratibha Vijay, a Jaipur-based mental health counsellor and legal scholar who combines academic depth with deep human empathy. Her academic journey includes qualifications as a Company Secretary (CS), LLB, LLM, DLL, and a Ph.D. focusing on women’s reproductive health and rights in India. Through years of research, counselling, and understanding human behaviour, she has witnessed how many people silently carry emotional pain while trying to appear strong for the world around them. Sukoon Talks was created to

offer individuals a safe space where those emotions can finally be acknowledged and understood.

The platform focuses on some of the most common emotional struggles of modern life — depression, anxiety, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and the quiet stress that builds inside the mind over time. Many individuals experience these feelings but often do not have the words or support to address them. Sukoon Talks shares thoughtful insights and relatable perspectives that help people recognize their emotional patterns and discover healthier ways to manage overwhelming thoughts and mental pressure.

Along with mental health awareness, Sukoon Talks also explores the emotional realities of relationships, personal insecurities, and the stress created by

modern responsibilities. Relationships today often face misunderstandings, emotional distance, and unspoken expectations that can deeply affect one’s mental wellbeing. Through meaningful discussions and compassionate guidance, the platform encourages emotional awareness, healthier communication, and stronger personal resilience.

More than a counselling initiative, Sukoon Talks is gradually growing into a supportive emotional community — a space where individuals feel heard, respected, and safe enough to speak about what truly matters to them. The vision is simple yet powerful: to remind people that seeking help is not a weakness but a cou
